Personalised Firstborn Birthday Card from Mum with Original Verse

This personalised firstborn birthday card was written with my own firstborn child in mind and the very special bond between a mum and the child who made her a mother for the very first time. ❤️

Some cards begin with an occasion. This one began with a feeling.

There is something quite unique about your firstborn. You knew them before they knew themselves. You watched them take their first steps, find their way in the world and grow into the person they are today. But while you were teaching them, they were quietly teaching you too – how to be Mum, when to hold on, when to let go and just how deeply it is possible to love another person.

That is the story behind the original verse I wrote for this card.
