Sometimes there simply aren’t any words that seem enough when someone has lost a much-loved child.

I wrote Too Pure To Stay for those times, and for families who may find a little comfort in their faith and the belief that their precious child is now safe, loved and held in God’s care.

The verse gently asks the question that so many people ask after such an unimaginable loss – why are the little ones taken? There are no easy answers, but the words offer the hope that although they can no longer be held here, they are held in love and that one day they will meet again.

This is very much a card of quiet faith. The imagery of Heaven, prayer and God’s love runs through my original rhyming verse, while the soft artwork of clouds, light and a white dove complements the words without overwhelming them.

The card has been completely redesigned as a large luxury 8 x 8 inch card, giving both the verse and the beautiful celestial artwork room to breathe.
