Whilst I can guarantee that I will process and send your order as soon as I possibly can but once it’s posted it is outside of my control and in the hands of Royal Mail and the postal service within your country if it’s overseas. PLEASE take this into consideration when placing an order, I’ll do my very best but short of delivering it personally I can’t make it come any quicker!

POSTAGE & DELIVERY

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Large Letter or if overseas Royal Mail International Standard. Tracking is NOT available on this delivery method but you can, if you wish, upgrade the postage to 1st Class if urgent or even a tracked service.

I hope your order reaches you quickly and successfully and 99.9% of orders arrive in a timely manner but I have absolutely no control over orders once they have been posted and whilst I will do everything I can to help, I cannot make it arrive any faster so if your order is of an urgent nature please use the upgraded options available.

I will always advise the anticipated delivery date range for overseas orders and within the UK it is as per Royal Mail’s guidelines but in the unlikely event your order does not arrive after the expected period of time do please let me know and I will send you a replacement.
